This is a really nice top. It is quite billowy, but I washed and dried it and as it is 50% cotton it shrunk to about the perfect size for me. Does require a cami of some sort underneath but overall it looks and fits very nicely. The cuffs on the wrists are elastic.

The blouse is beautiful, but the fabric is a bit thicker than expected. The sleeves are also really long on me so I'm hoping to return. I've gone through the process of returning for store credit twice now and have yet to hear back from anyone at customer service?
