Return and Exchange policy FAQ
Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable? 
  • Within 15 days from the date the order was delivered
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered. Any sign of makeup on the garment will be considered as worn.
  • The garment must be returned in original condition, with no perfume or smells (cigarettes, smoke, exc.)
  • With all the original tags intact
In the event of non-compliance with those instructions, the return item will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy and it will not be reimbursed. 
What items are non-refundable? 
 The following items cannot be returned:
  • All items on sale are Non-Refundable
  • Intimates 
  • Bodysuit
  • Bathing Suits 
  • Jewelry 
  • Gift cards


Store wide Sale:


For all store wide sales (meaning a general sale effecting a majority and or the entire store) all items purchased during this period are non refundable (to original payment methods) however these items may be exchanged or returned for store credit (store credit only, no refunds to original payment methods regardless of the circumstance)


Specific items on sale without the majority of the store being on sale:


When a specific item or set of items are on sale in the “Sale” collection page (which can be found on the top banner on a computer or on the bottom left of the drop down menu on a smartphone) these items are non refundable as well as non-exchangeable. These items on sale may not under any circumstance be exchanged or returned for either store credit or refunded to original payment method unless it was a general store wide sale (ex: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holliday Sale, Exc.).

The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 15 days of the delivered date.
How long do I have to ship out my return once i receive the return shipping label?
Once a return label is generated and sent to the customer, the customer has 5 days to ship out their return. 
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit
How do I ship back the items?
To return a product, place the product in a shipping pollymailer or small box, stick the shipping label on it and drop it off at the local postoffice for USPS or at your local UPS store for UPS returns. 
Label is prepaid; the client is therefore responsible for the return shipping cost. The items must be sent back through the secure delivery system using the label that will be available when your return will be generated and accepted by EASY CLOTHES.

Cost of Return?
If the product received is defective, or if you receive an incorrect item the cost of the return is taken by Easy Clothes and not the customer. 
Price of return: The RETURN shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount up to*:
Untied States: Up to* $10 USD
Canada: Canadian Orders must acquire postage on their own side and ship the return this means you will be exempt from paying the return fee of $10. Please ship your returns to our main Los Angeles hub at to 918A N Western Ave, 90029, Los Angeles, United States
Up To* - Meaning depending on the location your package is being shipped from within the country. 
Can I track the status of my parcel ?
Alternatively, on the website footer, under "EASY-CLOTHES" you will find the tab "Track your Order".
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 working days after approval.

Black Friday Shipping times will vary as all shipping services have extended expected delays for shipping due to over saturation of the system. Please expect up to 4 additional days for shipping. 

All items ordered during black Friday can be returned however they may only be returned for store credit (this begins on Friday the 25th of November at 12:00am and ends on Tuesday November 29th at 12:00am).
