Easy Clothes Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Return Policy: 

To process a return, please make sure that all items have their original tags on and are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, with no odors, tears or stains. Returnable Items should be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.


In the event of non-compliance with our return policy, the returned item(s) will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy and it will not be reimbursed. In the event of non-compliance the return will be rejected by our teams.


(Un-Returnable Items) The following items cannot be returned :


  • All items on sale are Non-Refundable
  • Intimates
  • Bodysuit
  • Bathing Suits
  • Jewelry
  • Gift cards


The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date and we will make sure to get that sorted for you as soon as possible.

  • Refund to store credit


How do I ship back the items?

United States Orders: To return a product, visit our Returns Center  and follow our returns instructions. One completed place the product in a shipping poly mailer or small box, stick the provided shipping label on it and drop it off at your local postoffice (USPS)


International Orders (Outside the United States): All ll international orders must acquire postage on their own side and ship the return to 918A N Western Ave, 90029, Los Angeles, United States. Once completed, please email our customer service ( with your order number as well as the tracking number so our teams can track your return in the event a problem may occur in transit.

Cost of Return?

United States: All returns are free for all Domestic United States Orders, a return fee of $10 is charged if returning all items to original payment method however this fee is waived if returning to store credit. This $10 is to cover the re-packing, prepping of items , and re-stocking these items in house. 

Canada: Canadian Orders must acquire postage on their own side and ship the return to 918A N Western Ave, 90029, Los Angeles, United States. 


 If the product received is defective, or if you receive an incorrect item the cost of the return is taken by Easy Clothes and not the customer. 


Easy Clothes offers exchanges for specific items. The availability of exchangeable items is dependent on the item itself. These items may be eligible for exchange for a different size, color or even a whole different item.  These can be seen in our returns and exchange portal where you can try this on your own side by clicking on your order and selecting exchange. 


The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • All items on sale are Non-Refundable
  • Intimates
  • Bodysuit
  • Bathing Suits
  • Jewelry
  • Gift cards


Store wide Sale:

For all store wide sales (meaning a general sale effecting a majority and or the entire store) all items purchased during this period are non refundable (to original payment methods) however these items may be exchanged or returned for store credit (store credit only, no refunds to original payment methods regardless of the circumstance)


Specific items on sale without the majority of the store being on sale:

When a specific item or set of items are on sale in the “Sale” collection page (which can be found on the top banner on a computer or on the bottom left of the drop down menu on a smartphone) these items are non refundable as well as non-exchangeable. These items on sale may not under any circumstance be exchanged or returned for either store credit or refunded to original payment method unless it was a general store wide sale (ex: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holliday Sale, Exc.).

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is dropped off at our warehouse give us 4-5 Business to process your return. All refunds go to the original method of payment & all Store Credits will be sent to you via email. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Refunds to original payment methods will be received in 2-5 business days depending on your bank and the speed of transactions through that banking system.

Black Friday Shipping times will vary as all shipping services have extended expected delays for shipping due to over saturation of the system. Please expect up to 4 additional days for shipping. 


All items ordered during black Friday can be returned however they may only be returned for store credit (this begins on Friday the 25th of November at 12:00am and ends on Tuesday November 29th at 12:00am).


Here is how you process your return:

  1. All you need is your order# (your order number is found in the confirmation email that you recieved from us when your placed your order).
  2. You need the email that you used to place the order (the email used to received the confirmation email). 
  3. Then tap this link to start Generating a Return Label  Generate a return”. 
  4. Once on the page go ahead and enter your order # and your email and follow the on screen instructions.
  5. A return shipping label will automatically be emailed to you when you have completed the on screen instructions

All Returns for a Refund to original payment method are charged a $10 Return Fee. If you wish to not be charged a return fee please select “store credit” as a refund method.
