Okay, this skirt is super fun!!! It is shorter in the front and longer in the back with a perfect ruffle all around. The material is so pretty and dainty. I wore this to work with a black dressy tank and some black scrappy sandals but can't wait to put a sweater with it and some boots! The waist is elastic, but has a tie so it looks like a wrap around skirt without the "slit". It is really pretty!
